Four-Year Action Plan on Ministerial Box Fund Raising Program UCCPChristian Men’s Fellowship (UCM) -4Ps
GOAL
To establish a sustainable, conference-wide fund that supports ministerial students of UCCP and secures the future supply of ordained and commissioned ministers.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
• Mobilize all local churches to participate in a voluntary weekly/monthly offering for ministerial education.
• Consolidate funds annually during the UCM Convention for transparency and shared ownership.
• Allocate funds as follows: 75% to the Conference for ministerial student support; 25% to the UCM 4Ps Project.
• Encourage a culture of prayerful giving and vocation support across each conferences
